A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 4-15-1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the establishment of the dog and cat reproductive sterilization support program, so as to provide for donations to the Dog and Cat Sterilization Fund by taxpayers through voluntary contributions on each taxpayer´s state income tax return; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
