L. 1968, p. 2965), as amended, so as to provide for nonpartisan election of the members of the board of education; to provide for submission of this Act under the federal Voting Rights Act of 1965, as amended; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
