Act No. 167; S.R. 147) and carried forward as part of the Constitution of the State of Georgia by Ga. L. 1987, p. 3805 (Act No. 141; HB 940), from seven to nine, pursuant to the power granted to the General Assembly by paragraph N. in Ga. L. 1964, p. 1002 (Res. Act No. 167; S.R. 147); to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
