L. 1983, p. 4594), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 30, 2019, (Ga. L. 2019, p. 3799), so as to provide for the election of members of the board of commissioners by qualified electors within their respective districts; to provide for election districts; to provide for related matters; to provide for effective dates; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
