A BILL to revise provisions relating to bona fide coin operated amusement machines; to amend Part 1 of Article 2 of Chapter 12 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to gambling, so as to provide that certain bona fide coin operated amusement machines are not contraband; to provide a definition; to prohibit the award of certain items as prizes; and for other purposes.
