L. 1995, p. 4052), so as to revise the purpose of the authority; to revise a definition; to provide for the acquisition of property through condemnation; to provide for reversion of assets upon dissolution; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
