L. 2001, p. 148), so as to extend the date for automatic repeal of certain provisions of Code Section 20-2-260, relating to advance funding and exceptional growth funding for capital outlay, for one year to June 30, 2010; to extend the date for automatic repeal of Code Section 20-2-262, relating to low-wealth capital outlay grants, for one year to June 30, 2010; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
